What we collect

When you use the instant estimate or contact us, we collect your name, mobile number, service address and, if you give them, your email address and a photo of your property.

We also keep the answers you gave the estimate calculator — home size, stories, coverage and add-ons — together with the price range it showed you, so the number we quote you later matches the one you saw.

Why we collect it

To prepare and confirm your estimate, to schedule and carry out the work, and to send you service reminders when your windows are due again.

That is the whole list. We do not use your details for anything else.

Texts and calls

Ticking the consent box on the estimate form tells us you are happy for us to text or call you about your estimate. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies.

You can stop the texts at any time by replying STOP to any message from us. Reply HELP for help. Opting out of texts does not stop us honouring work you have already booked.

We do not sell your information

We have never sold, rented or traded customer information, and we do not intend to start. We do not share your details with advertisers or data brokers.

The only people who see your information are Christian, the crew assigned to your job, and the services we use to run the business — the website host that receives the form, and the phone and email providers that carry the message. They process it on our behalf and for nothing else.

Photos you send us

A photo you attach to the estimate form or text to us is used to quote the job accurately. We do not publish it, and we will not use it on this website, in advertising or on social media unless you tell us we can.

How long we keep it

We keep estimate requests and job records for as long as you are a customer and for a reasonable period afterwards, so we can honour the guarantee and answer questions about past work. Ask us to delete your details and we will.

How to opt out or get your details removed

Reply STOP to any text to stop messages, or email hello@puckettscleaning.com and ask us to remove you. We will confirm once it is done.

Cookies and tracking

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not track you across other websites. Our host keeps standard server logs so the site can be kept running and secure.
