What we clean in McKinney
McKinney is where a lot of our work lives. We clean regularly in Stonebridge Ranch, Craig Ranch, Tucker Hill and Adriatica Village, and out along the newer streets west of Custer Road. The housing stock runs from 1990s brick two-stories to brand-new construction, so a McKinney estimate is never a flat rate — we count the windows, look at the stories and the access, and give you one number.
Downtown is its own thing. The historic square and the streets around it have original wood windows, transoms and storefront glass that has been in place a long time. That glass wants a careful hand and honest expectations: some of it has permanent etching from decades of weather, and we will tell you what will come clean and what will not before you pay for it rather than after.
New construction in McKinney comes with its own problem — builder debris, stucco splatter, mortar haze and labels left on the glass. Post-construction cleaning is a different job from maintenance cleaning and we price it that way. If you have just closed on a house near Erwin Park or out toward US-380, get us out before you move furniture in and the whole place looks finished on day one.
