What’s included
A residential job at Puckett’s is the whole window, not just the pane. We wash the glass inside and out, wipe down the frames, take the screens out and clean them, brush and vacuum the tracks, and dry the sills before we leave. None of that is an upcharge, because leaving any of it undone is what makes a house look half-cleaned a week later.
One story or two, we bring the equipment for it. Ground-floor and reachable second-floor glass gets squeegeed by hand, and the high exterior work no ladder should be leaned against gets done with water-fed poles and purified water so it dries spot-free. We put down protection inside, move what needs moving and put it back, and we are careful around landscaping, gutters and roof edges on the way up.
Most DFW homes look their best on a twice-a-year schedule — once in spring after the pollen has finished and once in fall before the holidays. Homes near open land, heavy tree cover or active construction usually do better quarterly. We will tell you honestly which one your house needs instead of selling you the bigger plan by default.
