What we clean in Prosper
Prosper has more glass per house than almost anywhere else we work. Windsong Ranch, Star Trail, Whitley Place and Gentle Creek are full of homes with two-story entries, stacked rear windows and wide sliding doors looking onto the yard, and much of it is simply out of reach without proper equipment. We bring water-fed poles for high exterior work and ladders with standoffs where we need to get close, and we are careful with the landscaping on the way there.
Much of the town is still new or nearly new, which brings the post-construction problem: mortar splatter, stucco dust, adhesive from labels and the fine grit that settles into brand-new tracks. That is a first-clean job rather than a maintenance clean, and we quote it as one. Once it has been done properly the first time, twice-a-year maintenance keeps it there.
Sprinkler overspray is the other thing we get called about in Prosper. On large lots with rotor heads reaching the house, the bottom eighteen inches of glass takes a mineral bath every cycle. We can restore most of it — and if a pane is too far gone to save, we will say so rather than charge you to find out.
