Commercial glass is a maintenance problem, not a one-time project. Entry doors, push plates and the first few feet of a storefront get handled all day, and street-facing panes collect road film faster than anything on a house. We set you up on a route — weekly for restaurants and high-traffic retail, biweekly or monthly for offices and quieter suites — and show up on that schedule so it never gets far enough gone to need a deep clean.
We work around your hours rather than through them. Early mornings before doors open are the norm, and we can do after-hours for offices where daytime access is a problem. Our crew shows up in branded shirts, keeps the walkway clear and dry while we work, and is in and out without a production. If your property manager needs a certificate of insurance before we are on site, ask and we will send it.
Pricing is per visit and quoted after we have looked at the frontage, the height and the access. Multi-suite buildings, strip centers and small office parks can be bid as a whole with a single point of contact. Whatever the arrangement, you get the number before the first visit, and it does not change on you later.
